Should you need to contact the Chair or Director for your Department, their contact information is as follows:

If you will be absent from class, you should contact your department chair as early as possible if there is time to arrange a sub. If it is a last minute absence and you are teaching at Tomball, please contact the Division Office at 281-401-1816 or 281-357-3798 with instructions on how your class is to be covered. If the class is canceled, someone from the Division Office will post a notice on the classroom door to inform students of the class cancellation. If you are teaching at Willow Chase, you should contact Judith Bowser at 281-401-5361, with instructions on how your class is to be covered, or if she should put a cancellation notice on the classroom door.
