Proposal Development Process:
In order to be competitive, proposals submitted to funding agencies must be clearly defined and well developed. To be successful, the proposal development process must be a team effort. While the Lone Star College–Tomball Grant office does not have expertise in individual technical disciplines, we can assist in drafting and editing portions of the proposal text related to work plan, management structure, budget and institutional issues. We also will assist in completing institutional forms and obtain appropriate signatures. The Chancellor is the only institutional authorized representative who signs off on every proposal.
