Follow-up Actions
It is suggested that a follow-up take place about two weeks after you have sent your proposal to the funding agency. If you have been successful in being awarded grant, make sure you understand the fulfillment requirements that will accompany the grant.
Sending a thank you never hurts anything! Also, let the funding agency know how your project turned out. They will be just as happy to see the project succeed as you will!
But, if by chance, you don't get the grant, you may want to ask the funding agency the reason for rejection. This can only help when you write your next one!
