The Bursar's Office is responsible for the receipt and proper application of payments for the registration of students.

The Cashiers and Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Bursar's Office at Lone Star College–Tomball and Lone Star College–Willow Chase Center are responsible for all receipts, payment of tuitions and fees, tuition payment plans, deposits and initializing all refunds to students.

All Students must first register in Admissions, in person, through the Web or by telephone, through the Student Registration Module.

Payment

Various options exist for payment for college-credit courses. Please be aware of payment deadlines for each semester. Payment for non-credit courses are due at time of registration.  Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card, cash, or check.  Click menu in upper left corner for Credit Card Payment.

Once registered, the student has two options for payment at the Bursar's Office:

Payment in Full - the registration invoice is presented, by the student to the Cashier in the Bursar's Office for payment.

Tuition Payment Installment Option (TPIO) - the Bursar's Office verifies the registration information and initiates the promissory note procedure for the tuition and fees due. Students should understand that the tuition payment option is a legal binding financial contract. If you do not meet your financial liability for payment, you will be dropped from all classes. Additionally, it is very important that the student fully understands that the contractual agreement will not simply go away for non-payment.

Once the contract is signed, the student will not be able to re-enroll until the financial obligation to the college is paid in full. Simply dropping classes will not relieve the student from his/her financial commitment.
